By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service outlined below. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS- The Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any given time.- Rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and the client’s commission will be cancelled without refunds if it ever occurs.- Commission prices may change based on demand and time constraints.- The Artist is a college student, thus, delays may occur with the commissioned artwork. In this case, the Artist will communicate with the client regarding any delays and give updates on how it will affect the commission.- The Artist has the right to post the commissioned artwork in their portfolio/social media, in addition, the artwork’s process through video speedpaints or livestreams. However the client may request that their commission stay private.- All commissioned work is for PERSONAL USE only unless discussed otherwise.- Any information (names, addresses, etc.) on payment platforms are confidential and must not be shared.II. PAYMENT & FEES- All commissioned artwork is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of any reason.- The client must PAY UPFRONT. The client must pay 50% of the agreed upon price to begin the commission and then pay the 50% remaining payment after completion of the artwork. Though, the client also has the option to pay the full price upfront.- Payment is only accepted through Ko-fi, GCash, and PayPal invoice.- Personal artworks cannot be used to gain profit from, i.e. commercial use, selling of merchandise, etc.III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS & RIGHTS- Clients must maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.- Please reply promptly to ensure a smooth and faster process.- Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out your request.- Provide multiple clear VISUAL reference images of the character/subject.- Clients are responsible for any missing important details and clear descriptions/references they've failed to provide the Artist that affect the completion of the commission.- Clients have the right to post the Artist’s work on their own accounts, provided that they credit the Artist and does not reclaim the artwork as their own.IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE- Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission. Rush fees cost ann additional 50 USD to put your slot on top priority.- Commissions will typically take about 1 week to 2 months to complete, depending on the complexity and workload. If delays occur, the artist will inform the client.- The artist will show work-in-progresses via DM or email.- A sketch will be sent for approval before continuing the commission.- Sketches and subsequent progress will be sent as low-res, watermarked images.- Clients are only given TWO(2) FREE REVISIONS during the SKETCH PHASE. Further revisions will be charged 5-15 USD per change depending on the complexity of the revision. Revisions do not refer to corrections of an error made by the artist.- CORRECTIONS refer to correcting a detail that the artist may have misinterpreted or forgotten. These will have no additional charge. Clear visual references and some notes are appreciated to prevent multiple revisions.V. COMMERCIAL USE- The following items fall under Commercial Use and will require an additional usage fee:
• merchandise (acrylic keychains, shirts, etc.)
•Stream Assets that involve superchats.
•Music Videos (MVs), Animated Promotional videos
•VTuber models
•Character Designs handled by the Artist- Promotional personal artwork for idols, corporate/indie VTubers and Streamers does not count as Commercial Use for as long as it is not sold as merchandise. This refers to the following:
• SNS header and icon
• Video Thumbnails
